Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of NoMoreMortgage.com and the materials we provide through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Educational purpose only

2. No professional relationship or guarantee of results

Using the Site or our materials does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and No More Mortgage. Any examples, figures, or outcomes described are illustrative and depend on individual circumstances. We do not promise or guarantee any specific financial result.

3. Eligibility and your representations

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of another person or an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms. You agree that your use of the Site does not violate any law or any agreement you are bound by.

4. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site or its materials to violate any law or regulation, to infringe anyone’s intellectual-property or privacy rights, or to copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our materials for commercial purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or use the materials in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms.

5. Non-solicitation of clients and community members

The Program may give you access to group coaching calls and a community of other clients. You agree that, during your participation and for twelve (12) months afterward, you will not use that access to solicit other clients, community members, or coaches for a competing product or service, or to market goods or services to them, without our written permission.

6. Use of artificial intelligence

We may use artificial-intelligence tools to help operate the Site, deliver communications, and support our educational materials. AI-assisted output can contain errors and is provided for general educational purposes only; it is not a substitute for professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. By using the Site, you consent to our use of these tools as described here and in our Privacy Policy.

7. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use its content except as permitted by these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, guides, graphics, logos, the No More Mortgage™ name and wordmark, the NoMoreMortgage Method™, and other materials — are owned by Unconventional Education LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. You may download materials we offer for your own personal, non-commercial use.

9. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, No More Mortgage and Unconventional Education LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unconventional Education LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Site or the Program caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages, acts of God, civil disruption, or failures of third-party systems or communications.

14. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclosures, and (for enrolled clients) the Client Enrollment Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and No More Mortgage regarding the Site and supersede any prior understanding. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. The obligations that by their nature should survive — including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — survive termination of these Terms or your use of the Site.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
