Your Bank Knew This Number the Day You Signed. Did You?
It's called your Total Interest Percentage — your TIP. It was printed on Page 3 of your Loan Estimate. It tells you exactly how much the bank scheduled to collect from you over the life of your loan. The bank didn't hide it. They just never expected you to go looking. There is one loophole built into every primary mortgage that lets you collapse that number. As you enter your numbers below, your three TIPs populate live. The HOW — the path to actually execute it on your specific household — happens on your free Roadmap Call.

What is a TIP?
Your Total Interest Percentage is the ratio of total interest paid to your loan amount — expressed as a percentage. On a standard 30-year fixed mortgage it typically runs between 75% and 125%. It is disclosed on Page 3 of your Loan Estimate in the Comparisons section. Most people never see it. Once you do, it becomes the only number that matters.
What is the NMM Method?
The No More Mortgage Method is a specific mathematical process that crushes your TIP — letting most homeowners keep thousands, often hundreds of thousands, in mortgage interest that would otherwise go to the bank. It requires no HELOC. No refinance. No bank approval. No gimmicks. The only qualifier is positive monthly cash flow. Your NMM Method TIP appears in the third column the moment you enter your monthly take-home pay and spend. The HOW — the personalized execution path — happens on your free Roadmap Call.
